Seriously.. that's such a pet pieve of mine. I think there should be a test for squidlyness... if your still a squid/ and alive after 4 months of riding everyday, then you should be banned for a 2 year period from a motorcycle of any kind. Then the failed squid can try again. If he or she doesn't pass the 2nd time then they are banned fo life.

Not to mention riding w/out gear should have a high penalty. If you can't afford it.. don't get on the moto until you can.
