OR,

Take your ignition timing down to like maybe 5* BTDC. That should help lower your NOx numbers. Hopefully your HC and CO emmissions won't go up dramatically because of that.

I think I'm right. Man, I hate emmissions check. I know Cali is just nuts when it comes to that. Good thing I'm in Ohio, where its not as nutsy as your state.
