Guys, I wouldn't be so hasty as to underestimate the T2Small. Secret Services had a S13 sr20det with the T2Small put down 275 hp to the wheels.

If a slightly upgraded T25 is capable of 275 whp, a T28 is more than capable to hit 300 whp with the proper, and I mean very good, tuning.
