well, i would definitely pull over and not risk it if the water was really high, but i dont think it was that high.
i mean, i was judging from the cars in front of me and the water looked like it was a few inches below the bottom of their front bumper, so i thought it was safe

btw, it's easy to just say pull over and spend the night on the side of the road.......plus, if u're a poor college student, like me, with only about $3 in ur wallet, u can't really do much on the streets
