Depends on what else you're wanting to get done and where at... in relavence to location and quality of work. I had mine installed for 1,000. Mind you that is not near what it cost for the swap entirely or even remotely close to final costs for misc. stuff you need to get done and most people's complaints about doing the swap. I had mine done at JGY CUstoms for 1k. Thats actually pretty cheap for everything he did. Installed a whole lot of misc. stuff and things he didn't have to do that he did. Other shops may do it for less or more. But then again not too many shops know what the hell a gti-r engine is period. None the less the fact that they shouldn't touch the four throttle bodies to adjust them with risk of screwing them up for good. A friend of mine found this out first hand. It's going to vary from place to place. Best bet is to call around and find out. But first check out the sr20deforum.com and search there. You'll find people locally that can help you do the swap yourself probably. And save yourself a whole lot of cash. Hit me up on aim if you need any details on the swap or parts. I've been there and done that probably twice with anything you need to know starting out with this motor.
