The rear one has a bolt to lock/unlock the pulley in place the other one is to adjust the position. Unlock the short hard to get at one, then adjust the other one to the desired tension and then lock the other one back in place. It rides along a track pretty much(the hard to get at one). The front has an 8mm adjuster bolt that is just above the AC that goes to the tensioner pulley. Clockwise to add more tension.
