Can you raise or lower you vehicle at a stop light while sitting still? Cops screwed me over!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SAPD SUCKS!!!! They were on bicycles too! I was downtown on friday crusing around I was going to go to military dr tonite but thought I better not I will go next sunday tho!!! No more downtown only military!!
