ok..just to clarify....
i am a FULL supporter of MPFI....
honestly...i am also USUALLY against the use of carbs...for the very reasons that whats his name says...however. there are exceptions. i look at carbs as just another tool to use. depends on you preference...a healthy pair of webbers or any other set up int he right hands can be leathal. so can a properly tuned stand alone engine mngt. however, an MPFI set up with more computing power than that of the apollo 11 space rockets is not were im going to invest my money on this car (that will be reserved for the upcoming 3rd gen Rx7 hehe)
now..i have used carbs on dirtbikes for years, and know the advantages, and disadvantges..
i think this motor. for the application im utilizing it for. (in NA trim) MIGHT benifit from slightly less sophisticated fuel mngt.
we ll see what happens.
Side note: carbs are also harder to tune for nitrous in my opinion on small motors...which were i am headed with this motor, to the tune of at least a 100shot direct port system....
like i said...we ll see. just some ideas..hehe
stay tuned......
