To do a turbo for the car is very cheap, its not even worth adding on the nos until later. It's theoretically possible to do a turbo kit with bluebird parts for around $1000, but for a good one, which will make more wheel hp than your civic, you should spend around $2k not counting labor. Since manifolds, turbos and fuel injectors for our cars can be gotten off other cars, they are possibly the easiest cars to turbo for the money, and the block can take a whole lot of it with proper detonation management.
