LT1 280z swap thread
Backround:
I bought a 1976 280z from my friend and since then I have swapped in dual SU carbs and then Swapped in a l28ET out of a 83 turbo. I added a FMIC, MBC and 440 supra injectors. I was running the system with Megasquirt 1 v.3.57
I just sold my full setup and bought a 94 LT1 out of a 94 Camaro Z28. As soon as I get it to my place its going on the engine stand to be cleaned and repainted. During that time I will be sourcing a T56 or WC t-10.
The engine bay is painted black but will prob repaint to make sure everything is ready for the "heart" transplant.
As far as the rest of the car goes I have Miata Seats, Full dash cover, a choice of 2 different steering wheels. (a 1970's "personal" Full wood w/ datsun emblem, and a 1988 shelby Cobra one."
