1983 280zx water pump and fan clutch questions

I am installing a new water pump and fan clutch on my 1983 280zx non-turbo with OEM parts from Atsugi/Paraut and have the correct water pump, but I have a fan clutch for a turbo model(#21082-01P04). They fit together perfectly and when I compare the turbo clutch to a non turbo (#21082-Y4161) they look identical (one has a small red dot on top and the other has a green dot on top). The turbo clutch turns more smoothly (you can't feel the bearings turning). Is the turbo clutch just more sturdy?, operate at a different temperature?, or speed? What would happen if I installed the turbo clutch?
Thanks,
SeaZ
