280ZXT hestitating and back firing on acceleration.

hey guy's i have an 83' datsun 280zx turbo. it's a 5spd and just got it. its in a not too bad restorable condition. but..... the only problem is when i accelerate on load it hesitates and back fire's as if its not getting any air or its bieng choked. and it would not accelarate on full throttle, if you floor it the engine would die. i have replaced the spark plugs spark plug wires and distributor cap, and changed the oil and filter and the air filter. on the other things that i have checked i found out that the O2 sensors bad, and the turbo waste gate shaft does not move even when you move the throttle... so any ideas?

I would check fuel pump first. then spark, like the coil or the distributor.
