First of all, I do own an '04 Pathfinder, so I'm not just coming to this site for questions on just building a model.

Generally, I build aircraft models, however I've been in the mood for something different and I've been asked to build a 240ZG Fairlady from the 1/12 scale Tamiya kit. I'll have alot of questions I'll probably be asking so I hope everyone won't have a big problem with this. Actually, most questions will be related to colors of indvidual components rather than actual mechanical questions.

First question is in regards to the stock exhaust manifold. What color would have this been from the factory? Some companies don't paint them so, when new, they would be the cast iron color. So companies paint them with special paint. I've seen black and white, but not much else.

Any ideas?

I don't think I've ever seen a stock 240, so I can't be much help there. I've seen exhaust manifolds of every color, from black to orange to yellow. I don't think they were painted any color from the factory. But really, hey, it's a model, do what you want. Half the fun with a model car is customizing. 1/12 scale is a very nice size. I'd like to see some pics of your progress.

Mine isn't any color it is just the color of cast iron.
