DEAD CALIFORNIA '77 280z HELP!!!!!!!!

I need serious help getting my z to pass smog in Ca. It's running too high on CO. HC is good and so are NO. It's a 2.8L straight 6 fuel injected with a 5spd manual trans. So far I found a bad Cat, bad solenoid on the BCDD, leaky EGR, and a bad PCV hose. So far I've tested the fuel pressure to find any leaks and proper operating pressure, vacuum pressure, the coldstart valve and this valves temperature switch, temperature sensor, valve clearance, piston compression, airflow meter, and the amplifier behind the speedometer. I think I listed everything. I fixed the problem with the HC but am still having trouble with the CO. I am being told CO is caused by running too rich. The car is stuck in the garage because of registration. I have a month to fix it. Please help!! Any new lead would be greatly appreciated.

I would start by replacing the stuff that is for sure bad. By the way, you can get extensions from the DMV.

Well, I've done that so far. I've gotta get deeper into the fuel system and check all the enrichments. The month timeframe is for CHP not dmv. I did get an extension from CHP. And all fees are paid up with DMV. Thanks for the prompt response.
