Hell no, we don't need donations or taxes!!! If they would not cut back on some of the stupid ass programs around here they would be fine! Stupid davis and his cronies spent WAAAAAYYY more than the state made in income... that's just plain and simple... he says he raised spending in this and that area but all he does is throw the money in stupid programs! ie, my wife is a teacher and couple years ago they had a program where if the whole school improves such and such in reading amount each staff member recieves a $5k bonus!! course that opens the door for deceptive behavior and by the end of the first year there was NO money left to give out... and Davis gets to tell everyone how he raised education spending... yeah... okay, tell me how that really benefited anyone???
I also agree with dismembering the CARB... they make rules to keep their own job! What sense is that? They suck up so much money just so they can make more laws to get money... IF THE SNIFFER SAYS IT'S CLEAN WHAT DOES IT MATTER HOW ITS MADE!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!
