I didnt even notice this thread.
I think opening it up is good. There should still be restrictions on some cars, like they have to not be ricey... and show concern for their vehicles as well as interest in modding the car not keeping it stock. That's about it tho, I don't think there needs to be strict rules on what inch rims and body kits and all that.
