I'm sure it will too. Since they're both the same engine, it should bolt up just fine. The best way to check compatability is by the first 2 letters in the engine code. If both letters match up (aka SR20DE and SR16VE) MOST parts are compatible. If the first letters match up (aka QG18DE and QR25DE) SOME parts are compatible.
