Well,
First off, I want to thank everyone that came out and helped everyone. We worked on 5 Maximas with only a couple of problems.
First car - Jeff's Maxima needed to have the Eibach springs installed. We got all 4 installed rather quickly and even painted his calipers while each wheel was off. We ran into a small problem near the end when I cross threaded the right rear strut bolt. We got a bolt from Loews as a temporary fix, but we'll have to replace it sometime. Luckily it will only take five minutes to lift that part of the car, take the bolt out and put in the correct one. Nice drop too.
Second car - Darrick's rear suspension problems were takin care of while Joffe and I boosted over to Loews for Jeff's bolt. The first bolt we bought was to big so Joffe was taking me back to get a slightly smaller one.
Third car - Jonathan's maxima was in need of a stereo install. Joffe and Jonathan spent some time installing Joffe's old system into Jonathan's car. They ran into a small problem, but I believe it was fixed.
Fourth car - Alex's max needed the Throttle Position Sensor replaced. Darrick and a few others took care of that fairly easily.
Fifth car - The problem car. My car was the project car in order to find out how difficult it would be to remove the intake manifold. It was a pain in the ass, but I can get that thing off in like 15 mins now. The original plan was to remove it, clean it with B-12, replace the gasket and be on my way. First thing was that I couldn't find the gasket I had bought. So we cleaned the hell out of the intake manifold and the old gasket was rather nice. I think it had been replaced right before I got the car. Once we had the whole thing all put back together it was running like crap. After a quick call to Joffe he made me realize that there was a vacum leak somewhere. While tightening the 4 bolts that attach the upper intake manifold to the lower intake manifold, the bolt of the far left snapped.

I think aside from that, I was getting another leak for one of the bolts on this wierd thing in the back. Anyway, Jarrod came to the rescue Monday morning and we went to like 3 or 4 junkyards but unfortunately could not find a replacement bolt. Courtesy did not carry them in stock and the part locator for other dealerships didn't pull up any either. We ended up using a bolt from Loews that works well. Just gotta order that bolt now. We used an Easy-Out to get the rest of the bolt out BTW.
Jeff, pics for each car would be nice to add to this thread. And a pic of that wierd thing at the back of the intake manifold.
