I would be concerned about buying anything with 199,000 miles on it. You are aproaching if not exceeding the mechanical limits of the vehicle. My old man drove a Nissan PU for 460+ but it was never relied upon and serviced frequently. Cab mounts wore through, Brake/Fuel lines rusted away, door would no longer hold a window regulator, and other assorted maladies due to the excessive age/wear placed on it. He gave the truck away and there is some kid in WV who is very proud of it at this very moment. Fleet vehicles accrue excessive wear due to being driven by more than one person. I do not know why htis is true, but it is. So unless 6K CDN = $1 American, pass on this one. IMHO Aaron Ford
