Like I said earlier read the law that I posted. And as for a small block V8 having the same emissions as a 1.8L 4 cylinder that is laughable! How can you make sure that everything visually works when: 1)some stuff only works at certain times i.e. CTS, EGR,PCV 2) it would take an inspector hours to make sure everything worked and was in specifications ?It must appear to be in working order to the inspector because legally the only thing I can take off and inspect are the tires to check brakes ONLY when I hear a metal to metal grinding in the brake system. And thats a LAW and A FACT , I'll have to look for the law throughout my book but I will post it when I find it!And I don't know where you live but round here you can go get inspected anytime!
