Drift, What do the "emissions" have to do with anything. Of course it has to be tested in states that require it. All cars in these states have to be tested. The point is this, swapping the engine in should be legal!
And which one of your statements was the joke?
You obviously have no clue as to the legality of swapping a RB series engine into a 240sx, and that is not a bad thing as I am not 100% sure either, that is why I asked the question.
