If it was me, I would pull the spark plugs out, ground/disable the coil and then crank the engine checking for fuel spraying out of the spark plug holes. Then, I would swap the wires that power the injectors between them, say 1 with 2 and 3 with 4. If the problem moves you know the injectors are guilt-free. After all, if they were cleaned, were they also bench tested?

If you want to test for spark, put the original plugs back in the car and then get an inductive timing light or an extra spark plug. For the extra plug, connect it to the wire for, say, cylinder 1 and then crank (finding a ground, of course). Does it spark? Go to the next one and keep on doing until you reach cylinder 4.

How does this car know when to fire? Hall sensor or crank angle sensor?
