i'll give you a little of my insight on what you wanna do but remember i'm still new to this too. Depending on your cash flow and time you have available is to what you should do a swap would give you a low mile motor with good internals but rebuilding your current motor would allow you to upgrade internals and replace parts but it would take a longer to complete (depending on your cash flow) than just buying and droping in the motor but shop around a lil more i'm pretty sure you can find another motor for cheaper and since your car is already twin turbo i don't think you'll need some of the extra parts that come in that swap kit like the ecu and transsmission unless you just wanna have those extra parts. The reason i'm looking into a turbo swap is cause my na motor is leaking oil and coolant and the other motor is also leaking oil and coolant (the reason it's goin for $800) but it comes complete and with intercoolers, ecu, wiring harness already wired up to swap into a na, radiator, and a boost gauge i have time and a place to park my car while i repair the turbo motor which will probably take me a while cause of my little nissan experience. hope i help you out and anybody feel free to correct me if you know or think other wise.
