Hello... Having a hard steering issue (126K miles) that seems to have developed at slow speeds. The wheel is hard to turn, and will sometimes actually fight me if the car is stopped (kicks back). There are no leaks, and the belt is tight. Does this car have speed-sensitive steering, and if so would anyone know how it is designed? Is there a control valve someplace with an electrical connection I could check (perhaps a voltage reading with the car stopped)? Also wondering about the benefits of a system flush (will it do more harm then good)... any feedback appreciated....
