185/70R13 or 175/70R13 on 97 Sentra?

The previous owner has 185/70R13 instead of the stock 175/70R13 size in two mismatched pairs. The speedometer error is about 1MPH for ever 40MPH.

I was going to pick Kumho Solus KR21 for all corners regardless of final size. Excellent reviews on TireRack.com and they are cheap and have good treadlife.
