Changing ATF...?

Hey again, guys!

well this time im trying to replace my altima's ATF, completely. So i read about a method that all you do is disconnect the hose that goes from the transmission into the radiator, and turn on car, let it flow through, at the same time that youre adding fluid, and stop when it comes out clean. That's easy to understand but i DO NOT know which hose I am supposed to disconnect, there's one on the driver's side and one on the passenger's side (sort of like left and right of radiator), which one is the one that FLOWS into the radiator?

EDIT: also, i noticed that when shifting from P across to L, it is kinda hard to do so, you have to do it with some force (not much but more than id expect)...but i checked the fluid and its pink, maybe a bit of burning smell....so im thinking i should change it now...what do you guys think?

Thanks!
