Hmmm, I just realized that your description must be for a 2wd truck. I always forget that there are 2wd trucks. The oil pan removal appears to be much more involved on a 4wd. You have to remove the front dif, separate the engine and transmission, and lift the engine - according to Haynes. Glad I'm not doing it myself. I don't have the time, space, or equipment for that, not to mention skills. Great job on this write up though. Thanks.
