Your MAF and o2 sensors
SHOULD be okay, with a retune. The MAF can handle a turbo system and not need upgrading, and your o2 sensors should be okay unless they're really old, and/or you're running way too rich and have fouled them.
A re-tune is your best bet at this point. I wouldn't guarantee you would see 30mpg anymore, as you're still going to use more fuel as you're sucking more air, but you shouldn't see as low as 120mpt.
