It depends also, whether you plan on doing a setup with or without intercooler.
I'm sure if you browse around you can find everything you would need to accomplish the task at hand.
Things I would think of...
Turbo exhaust manifold (custom, or not)
Piping
Intercooler (if you're going to use one)
Fuel injectors
Fuel rail (not sure if stock fuel rail would support larger injectors or not.)
MAF (I've seen people say that stock MAF works, but just for grins I would go with a 240sx MAF to be safe)
Oil lines and oil pan with oil line connection (Haven't heard of anyone doing this, but I see it often on other setups)
Reprogrammed ECU (Must IMO)
BOV or Diverter valve
I know for a fact that there's more than this that is needed, but just can't think of everything (Haven't had coffee yet, really early
)
