Yeah this is just crazy, you don't need any of these things to install a turbo kit. A better suspension will help though.
And the things about the cops are nuts too. The HS kit keeps all the original emmisions equipment. It doesn't have a CARB number but that doesn't matter unless ur in CA.
HS doesn't make the turbo kit for the GA16 anymore though, and no a 2.0 turbo kit won't fit at all.
