300 whp is well beyond the t25 efficiency rating
t28 can very well get you there but with not so much headroom
you can nab a t28 for real cheep
sell the t25 on ebay and call it a day
also I stongly suggest you consider getting a blacktop s13 motor
those redtops are getting real old and the blacktop won't really cost you much more and is worth every single penny
