Okay. I purchased a grill, well at least I PAID for a grill, that I ordered from their website in early April. A week later they tell me it is NOT in stock and will take at least TWO months to get in. So I cancel, but they charge me 10% for cancelling the order.....ON A PRODUCT THEY DIDN'T HAVE!. I took the hit and said, fine, just credit me account. Two weeks later, still no credit, I call them and ask where it was. Oh it was just processed yesterday and you should get the check this week. A week later, STILL not check, they said I should get it soon.
After almost two months of B.Sing with them I tell them I am disputing the transaction throught Visa and STILL haven't heard a darn thing since. It's over TWO months now and I am still in the process of getting credited, MINUS the 10% through my credit card company.
Not only will I NEVER deal with this company again, I reccommend NO ONE ever deal with them. Their customer service is the WORST I've seen......spending AT LEAST 15-20

minutes on hold each time to talk to the same person.
ahhhhhhhhh.....feel better now.
