Auto shifting can be a funny thing. What I generally do, to get the tranny to shift for me, is tap the throttle quickly and much farther than I want it to be. The computer first sees that you laid on the gas very quickly, and secondly, it sees you laid on alot of gas. It will then shift for you. As soon as you are done wit the tap though, go back to the throttle position you REALLY wanted to be at .
This quick little tap lets the computer know when to shift, and then you can drive it normally....
