You've got it all wrong, I find it quite pathetic that you must go around lieing about what you have going and what you don't. That fact is, all of your most valuable members have left. You will be restarting from scratch whether you realize it yet or not. You've screwed over one of the best things going here, and that is your member base. Also having a new owner come in and act like a jackass to the long-time members is frowned upon.
I honestly hope your high traffic levels and post counts go down in a big ball of flames to come bite you in the ass.
