Yeah, almost all of those 3 in one sets come with an ammeter, drives me batty. Gotta buy the voltmeter seperate and toss the ammeter. Ahh well. Those are definately the 3 most useful gauges. Next two handy gauges are exhaust temp, and air fuel ratio gauge (hooks to the oxygen sensor)..
But those are generally only needed for turbocharged engines.
