The speakers and deadening material are from
Elemental Designs (ED). There was a little Dynamat used when the Stereo shop did there part of the installation. Then almost 2 gallons of ED eDead V3 (paint/slop on), 100' of ED eDead V1SE2 (compares to Dynamat Extreme) and 40' if ED eDead V4 which is a 1/4" foam.
The truck is pretty quiet now and I have no rattles due to the speakers.
The ED stuff sounds pretty darn good, especially for the money. If I spent twice as much, I would still be happy. They could sound better though. This is because I am running Sony amps which are not that good and one of them has a channel separation issue. I have some ED amps on the way and it should sound a little better then.
