What trim level do you have (XE, SE)?
Mine did not have the wiring in place. You may want to do a
Search, there are a couple of threads on this. If I remember correctly, most of the SE's came prewired.
Also,there are other threads detailing Fog Light installs (some upgrade to the factory light switch w/fogs).
