Sound like the 3" body lift is the best route 4 you. I had 30x11.50 Thornbirds on 15x10s on a 91 Pathfinder without ANY lift. Yes, the lower front fenders are now a little out of shape but the 91 has been resting for the past 2 years due to transmission problems. Keeps blowing $5 front seals and I can't keep paying $300 labor each time just to ride in it for a couple weeks before it happens again.
I have a 3" body lift with 33x12.5 Buckshots on a 1995 SE 4x4. They rub just a hair on the fender flares if I turn completely to one side...
