Well, the problem is I have a tonneau bedcover, and if I loosen the rails, I'm afraid the weatherstripping will somehow not be so effective when I remove them.

Another thought, would someone, with same model truck without a bed cover, be able to measure the height of each bolt from the floor of the bed? That way Yontrop would have a better idea where to start drilling.
