It is very good practice to bench bleed the master cylinder before installing it. I've had to use plumpers tape on the hose that fits into the slave cylinder to keep it from leaking. (guess aftermarket parts don't fit good)
Anyhow, I've looked up under the dash where the pedal is at. From what I can tell, it looks like there is a nut up under there you can turn to adjust the travel of the rod going to the power booster.
I was going to mess with it untill I found a leak by the slave cylinder.
