What mileage you get will depend on a lot of things such as which model, 2wd or 4wd and, most importantly, how you drive. So the answer to your first question is that all of them are right.
My mileage has dropped over the last few tanks and I suspect it's a combination of the winter gas and the cold temperatures we've been having. My last tank was only 17.9 and thats the worst tank I've had in over 8000 miles. My average is still over 19mpg. Keep in mind though that I drive mostly back roads.
They all take regular unleaded. And the cost to fill up depends on how much gas costs where you are and how empty you run the tank. It's a 21.1 gallon tank and the dummy light seems to come on with about 4 gallons left for me.
I put in 18.28 gallons today and it cost me about $40. Gas here was $2.199 this morning and it's been going up 2-3 cents every few days for the past month.
