hold the throttle all the way open while starting signals the ecu to not open the injectors, thus not sending fuel into the combustion chambers. in turn the flooded cylinders burn the excess fuel

i beleive that it did work until he pretty much turned the starter on while the car was running
once again please dont post on a subject you know very little/nothing about. it could cause some problems.
