My '92 has done the same thing when the temperature drops. I find that mine is a "loose clamp" problem. Try tightening the clamps on the rubber hose. Better yet replace the old piece of hose with a new one and new clamps - - this will ensure a better seal.
So far I have not replaced the hose on mine, I just keep retightening the hose clamp.
