No rust at all. They were pretty clean. Actually, I was surprised to see how clean they were. The springs "seem" fine and both look the same but without a known good one to compare to, I'm not sure. Same goes with the brakes. Not sure how they should fit inside one another. And again, I am not even sure how they're supposed to assemble without seeing a good one or a picture of it.

When I reassembled them, the outter brake piece was still on the axle shaft, I set the small one inside it and slide the hub on with the spring inside. I then just bolted them back up... Didn't see any other way to do it.
