The driver's side hub was seized and I was able to free it. The passenger side hub seemed to be ok but I still do not have 4 wheel.

was there any rust/corrosion inside? did you by chance match up the 2 hubs together and check the springs? it maybe possible that the dr. side springs are worn out.
