I just bought a 82 280zx turbo from a kid

who hasn't taken very good care of the car. The car has been sitting for at least 1 and 6 months or so

, I think the wheel bearings might be bad on it because the only way to move the car is buy using brute force on it(pushing or pulling it with another car). The car will not move if you try to push it. I am just wondering if anyone can tell me how I can go about getting the wheel bearings out and putting new ones in for both the front and rear.
