Next question..... Was this a NEW pump? Or a used one.. Even though it works it could be drawing too much of a load through the circuit. If you have a volt/ ohm meter capable of reading Amps you should hook it up and see how much Amperage the pump is pulling. Thats one way of seeing if its drawing too much.

Stupid Question..... But i have to ask... U do have the proper size fuse??? YES??

If it was a new pump... Call whoever U got it from and ask about their Warranty policy. If it was a used pump... Try Again... Most JY's will replace a defective part with another... No refund though..
