I did notice some oil in the connector for the switch, it might have run down the wire?? I tried cleaning it out with WD-40, I'm going to check into it with a meter tomorrow as well as checking the functionality of the switch when the shifter is moved to R.
Thanks again,

You do have the key on, right? According to the '94 FSM, BU lamps are on the same 10A fuse as A/C, rear window defog, ECM, and a slew of other miscellaneous accessories. You'd probably notice if it was blown.
With the key on, you should have +12v on the W/B wire of the switch. With the trans in reverse, you should also have +12v on the R/B wire. From the switch, the R/B runs up to a connector on the passenger (right) side front fender, to a connector on the rear left, then to the lamp sockets. Also check the black wire on the lamps for ground.
