You get what you pay for. Just cause they scan it that doesn't tell you much. You could end up replacing the wrong sensor, or an unnecessary part. A tech would measure resistance at a suspect component etc., prior to condemning it. You could easily get PartsSource to do it free or at worse, they charge $16.

My advice, pay the $80 and have Nissan analyze the problem.
