Yeah i had to put a water pump on it a few months ago and now i have to put the CAS all the way to the left and the is a rattle now. I dont think it is the belt tensioner because i replaced the it and the water pump with a new belt at the same time. I have not checked timing yet becaus i have now developed a new water leak. i think is is a freeze out plug. Its leaking in the back to the right just under the intake and i cant really see it. I have parked it for now to fix when i can. Thanks for the help.
